    Why Eyewall

    What makes Eyewall different

Most tools count what people say. Eyewall reads the crowd behind it, works out what it means for each party, and puts every call on the record.

    01

    Every room, one crowd

Live rooms, forums, social and decentralised networks, read together. We follow the same people across platforms, so you see one crowd, not five feeds.

    02

    A read for every party

The same storm hits you, your partners, your regulator and your insurer differently. Each gets its own read: accused, associated, or watching.

    03

    Test the response first

See what saying nothing, apologising or fixing the problem would do to the odds, before you choose. The best move comes with a deadline.

    04

    Every call on the record

Each call is dated before the outcome and checked after it. Misses stay on the record next to the hits, so you can judge us on cases like yours.

Illustrations are examples. Eyewall is in pilot; our record starts with our first partners.

    Our rule

We read rooms with the owner's permission and report on crowds, never on individuals. Every call is dated before the outcome is known.

    The model

One event. A different read for every party.

The same storm hits a company, its partners, its regulator and its insurer in different ways. Public anger and official punishment can even move in opposite directions. So we don't give everyone the same score.

Before your first read, we map your world: the rooms where your people gather, your partners, and the decisions you're exposed to. The model is built around that map. No two clients get the same setup.

Illustrative example. Every party and reading here is invented.

    Accused or associated

Anger at you and anger at your partner play out differently, and so do the exits. We ask who is accused before we ask how loud it is.

    Your people count most

Damage comes from your own customers, members or staff, the ones with somewhere else to go. We weigh each voice by who they are to you, so outsiders don't drown the signal.

    Mood and blame, apart

Someone can be furious without blaming anyone, or calm while blaming you. We measure the two separately, because only one of them points at a target.

    Two clocks

A fast clock for the next few hours in the room. A slow clock for the next renewal, ruling or quarter, where most of the money moves.

    Honest about doubt

Every read carries a confidence level. When the model is unsure, it says so and the case gets a deeper review, instead of a confident guess.

    Proof on cases like yours

Our record is reported by type of case, not averaged across everyone, so you see how we do on situations like the ones you face.

    How it works

From a live room to a dated call you can act on, in minutes.

    1. Read the room

Live chat, comments and what's said on stream, captured as it happens, with the room owner's permission.

    2. Who's speaking

Each voice is read as an insider, a critic or an outsider, from what they say and how they behave in the room.

    3. Find the target

Leadership, staff, a product, a partner. We follow who the anger is pointed at as it shifts.

    4. Weigh the risk

Is the anger at you, or at someone you're tied to? Is it talk, or talk about doing something?

    5. Check every call

Each call is dated before the outcome is known and checked afterwards, so you can see how often we're right.

Built for the people who carry the risk.

Anywhere a crowd can turn on you: customers, members, audiences or staff.

    Brands and partners

Will this anger reach our deal?

See whether people are naming you, how fast it is moving, and whether the blame sits with you or with someone you work with.

    Organisations in the spotlight

Who, how many, angry at whom?

Hear the room before it reaches your customers, your staff or the press.

    Agencies and risk teams

    What's the real exposure?

A dated, plain-language read on a live situation that you can put in front of a client or a board.

    Creators and community owners

What is my room actually saying?

See who is in your room, what moves it, and what your most engaged people are telling you.

    Why Eyewall

In a hurricane, the eyewall is the ring of strongest wind around the calm eye. It is where the damage happens.

Crowds behave the same way. Scattered complaints close into a wall, and the wall holds because each voice leans on the next. We watch for the moment that wall forms, and for the place it breaks.

    How we work

Reading crowds is sensitive work. These rules come first.

    Permission first

Pilots run with the room owner's written consent, using official platform access.

    Crowds, not people

We report on rooms and groups. We don't build or sell profiles of individuals.

    Every call on the record

Calls are dated before the outcome is known. We keep the misses alongside the hits.
